The number of times I've reserved a small car rental, they never have one, and they're like look! you can have an SUV for the same price bc it's our fault we don't have what you reserved! Every time I'm like no! I'm not driving something I can't see around. Shocks them every time.

ONCE! They actually had what I reserved and I was the one who was shocked. Otherwise it's always me pushing them to give me whatever is the smallest they DO have. Which usually means a mid-size sedan. 🙄
