If you want something less "gamery" or less "streamer" focused the PreSonus Revelator io44 is a really solid interface for the price as well.
Been using the new Beacn Studio XLR input for about two weeks now, pretty solid. Single XLR input, dual USB-C outputs, 3.5mm toslink headphone out. Has a very powerful software suite and on board hardware processing. Once you save your config the software isn't needed for much else.
