For Kamen Rider if you prefer classic children's television you can do any showa era show, but Black is a standout. Early Heisei (Kuuga-Decade) has a bit more focus on character, personal rec there is Ryuki. W-Zi-O introduces more comedy and action, I think anything but Zi-O is fine.

Zi-O is like Decade in which its heavily self referential because its an anniversary season but its less contained than Decade. Reiwa era (Zero One-Gavv) has more action focus for the most part. Geats I think doesn't have a compelling story but has some stellar action scenes.
