It's also bc of disability, but I know if my body could talk they'd be like "WELL I tried to tell you we need sleep, but did you listen? Nooooo." And I'd be like tru but why aren't you superhuman? That would be clutch 😶🌫️
I hate when you get through horrifically stressful times and your body just shuts tf down. Like just cuz that happened doesn't mean life stopped! Yeesh this bag of bones never friggin works with me. 😮💨 fwiw I treat it poorly but that's mostly poverty's fault but it's not v understanding of that 😒
The Absurdly Stressful stuff is over, so today I was planning on doing Moderately Stressful stuff, but my body is screaming at me to sleep and I'm kinda pissed. I need to listen or else I'll be in (more) excruciating pain, but I have so much to do 😞
