Yeah the patches have been having shortages regularly for the last few years. Seconding the "phytoestrogens do nothing" - they also do not have an estrogenic effect for trans women. If people could grow boobs by eating soy sauce every day, China would look very different.

Hahaha, 💯 Apparently some dude did actually manage to accidentally induce gynecomastia... by drinking 3 litres of soy milk a day. I do usually have soy milk in my coffee, but 3 l/day doesn't seem very sustainable for most of us - and any kind of HRT is not ~just about the boobs 👀
