A New Jersey court dismissed a lawsuit against Uber because the victims of an accident in an Uber vehicle once ordered on Uber eats.

It’s the same company asking drivers to do essentially the same task as delivering a pizza: picking something up and dropping it off. It makes sense that it falls under the same terms of use. I’m sorry if someone didn’t realize that accidents can happen when you’re behind the wheel.
