I remember once shocking a room full of parents. They were encouraging me to have children so I would have an excuse to watch Disney movies. I explained to them I didn't need an excuse, and had quite a collection of them at home for my own viewing pleasure.

How sad for them! I hope they were joking. I do love enjoying what I like when I like without worrying about it thanks to choosing to be childfree.

This gave me one of those really healthy belly laughs, thank you and bless you and your joy! I find it mind boggling, and sad, how radical and subversive joy is in our culture.
