holding a package requires a MyChoice account, which I have. at some point they changed my address from PHILADELPHIA to PHILA, which no longer matches packages, so this package didn't fall into it. i can't use the website to hold the package.

so i call UPS. their phone tree is a nightmare. it makes me read my 18 digit tracking number in and consistently off-by-ones one single digit in the tracking number. i spend 20 minutes on the phone sorting this out. i finally work it out as i am driving home because i gave up.
