I think it's important that people are able to distinguish the differences between a spree killer and a serial killer but that's just me. Sensationalist headlines for clicks just feel icky to me.
To say that Jimmy Carter shouldn’t appear in public to “preserve his dignity” is frickin’ dehumanizing. People like you are why we had ugly laws to institutionalize disabled people and keep them out of public spaces. 😑
Someone posted a picture of stolen bikes resting on top of multiple gas meters behind a plaza, asking if they belonged to anyone... But seriously, why are the bikes on the gas meters??? Remove them! 🤦♂️
Some white woman posted a picture of a black kid in our neighbourhood group, she deleted some of her comments but she referred to the kid as a part of a “demographic”. She knew what she was saying, which is why she deleted her comments.
Karma on Reddit is a farce and can be weaponized against disabled people (they usually are!) for speaking up.
While I love playing Nintendo games, they definitely do need to up their game on accessibility standards because it's nowhere near to what other developers have brought.
When people say a movie is overrated, they aren’t saying it’s a bad movie. Just that it’s not as great as they were led to believe. There are plenty of movies I would call overrated but I would be sent straight to movie jail. Movie stans are that bad.
