We are so excited to announce Long COVID Essentials, a new collaboration with Long COVID Justice. Over the next several months, we’ll be publishing 30+ Long COVID resource sheets that provide foundational information about navigating #LongCOVIDbit.ly/47qckkt

A purple and teal ombre image announces, "Long COVID Essentials, a series by The Sick Times x Long COVID Justice." Additional text reads, '30+ Resource Sheets. Designed by and for people living with Long COVID and associated diseases."
A purple and teal ombre image shows examples of Long COVID Essentials printed resources. Sheets include: "Here's what you need to know about Long COVID," "Having trouble sleeping after COVID-19?," "Why you should be careful about activity and exercise after COVID-19," "Dizziness, lightheadedness, and racing heart after COVID-19? It could be Dyautonomia," and "Brain fog, memory problems, and other neurological issues after COVID-19." The footer reads, "Long COVID Essentials, a series by The Sick Times x Long COVID Justice."
A purple and teal ombre image reads, "This series provides foundational information about navigating Long COVID.
Whether you’re newly experiencing confusing symptoms, have had this disease for years, or are helping others in your community, these sheets will direct you to info & resources to support you along the way.
All resource sheets have been reviewed by people living with Long COVID and/or caregivers, and by medical experts who provide LC care.
We are based in the US, so some of this info is specific to that context. We are currently able to produce them in English and Spanish. We invite you to contact us if you have resources and capacity for translation into other languages! connect@s4hi.org.

A purple and teal ombre image reads, "In the absence of public health support and guidance from our government & healthcare systems, we hope these resources will support you in taking care of yourself and your community.
We’ve seen the attention of the media and leaders wane, funding disappear, and misinformation spread — even as the overlooked impacts of the COVID pandemic and Long COVID crisis remain widespread. And these impacts are hitting hardest in already marginalized communities.
Our work remains as urgent as ever, and we’ll keep fighting for pandemic justice and care for all. Our Long COVID stories and experiences must be told, believed, and prioritized.
Long COVID Essentials, a series by The Sick Times x Long COVID Justice."

Today would have been Sasha's 16th birthday. Even though she was a senior kitty she never stopped causing mischief! Sending love to all the other bereaved pet parents out there ❤️ #cats#catsofbluesky

Happy 31st (!) birthday to my lanky offspring Alex. It was rather blustery today so his hair is looking extra floofy
