a stage would be a great first move. would love it to be a decent music venue. we are seriously lacking one. i think with Tony involved it has great potential.

Re the stage thing. Was surprised when I saw weird stage layout. They said they had a show the previous day and it would have taken a day to put up a real stage. Turned out ok though.
