From what I'm aware, yes, although a few users on the PostyBirb Discord seem to have been having occasional issues with Twitter's API keys. I don't post on Twitter anymore, so I can't say for certain
PostyBirb does has Bluesky integration! The software takes a little figuring out to setup, but once you do, it's a great way to schedule posts to multiple platforms at once I schedule all of my art using Postybirb to get it on Bluesky, FurAffinity, and Discord
