Thank you for saying it!! It is amazing after so very many years. I came up with timeshifting as the next step after pacing. Instead of just accepting the limits imposed or denying them by increasing exercise, you gradually nudge your active and rest periods back together. Worked for me anyways.

Of course! After all that time, oh yeah I bet!! I had a pretty solid remission for a few years once and it was GREAT. Such appreciation for normal stuff My foggy brain is not making sense of the concept from these graphs - any chance you have a written explanation somewhere that I could check out?
