I'm not one to accuse things of racism all the time but after hearing Cannes&Venice rejected the new Leigh film, that seems like the only likely option He makes a film with an all black cast and while it gets unbelievably good reviews from critics it gets shunned by the festival circuit? Suspicious

Ah ok, yeah Disney films are bad, I avoid them. The 70s were the golden era, no better time for films. I've been watching a lot of horror lately because of October Here's my past few days.
Only 3 of them are studio films but they're the best of the best in their field. What recent films have you found bloated and overlong? What era of films are you usually watching?
I'd highly recommend checking them out. I keep up with modern films as much as possible so my regents favs list will always be a long list of films I absolutely adore. Making this only 10 films was hard. The Lighthouse is fantastic, probably in my top 50 of the 2010s, (out of around 1500 films)
Does Pitt look young in it at least?
