I’m not defending Spirit at all. I’m saying people who only look for the lowest fare and don’t care about service make lowest fares all that matter in the industry

I know you aren’t defending them. You’re blaming the customer. Comes off a little elitist to suggest everyone who buys a low fare is “wrong”. Maybe it’s just a bit shitty mismanaged company?
