Look at that shift away from early intervention and towards crisis in children's services. We've removed help from families that might prevent crises, and are spending more and more on residential care for children often in real difficulties.

Holiday read. Loved Tyson's first book and his second is just as good. Story, relation, invitation to seeing the world through different lenses. It shouldn't work as a book. But it does. Recommended.
