Man I hate when a piece of art I do looks fine on my pc but then when I look at it on my phone it looks really washed out. Not sure if it's my pc displays or my phone

Lol, I had the inverse experience when drawing on my phone and getting the color washed and lifeless when browsed on the PC 😂 Wished theres a setting to swap the colors to whatever orientation we have and have it stick to the pallette regardless of the displays...

Could check the color profiles of the monitor, that might be the issue?

Ooh same! More annoying is when I save as a jpeg or any other format, and it looks washed out on my actual computer lol
