The attitude to hypers almost certainly changes - the earlier societies valued their strength and virility, but also would be burdened by their needs. Theyre likely pretty rare, otherwise we'd never really grow to modern era. Maybe 1 in 1000 or 10 000 is a true hyper? Rest are a gradient of size.
