Can I uncringe your cringe with a big fat smile and a share myself (with no regrets whatsoever!). 😏
Last year was a bit lala with garlic. But the years before that, we had bumper crops with garlic!! Chilies are always good in the greenhouse, we have way too many. I love the plants. Tomatoes are also great, and yes, herbs are a success. Lettuce is cool, but you have to keep on sowing all the time.
I left twitter, so I'm missing out on the fun! 😟. Fingers crossed we can soon share videos here, too.
At least that's the plan!! It's more fun that really self-sufficiency. I think the crops we are truly self-sufficient with are garlic and chilies, endives and lettuce. Oh, and rhubarb! The rest is for fun!
Do you still do the Shedaoke?
Oh damn it, I completely messed up the alt text lol. Here it is as a comment: a white cruiseliner in front of a wooded, mountainous shore, blue skies in the back. This is the Love Boat (text says so in the top left corner of the image)
Somehow, I've ended up in the organizing committee of this allotment complex. So we've organized this wonderful champost for the fellow gardeners. I've never seen such a HUGE amount of this stuff, and the whole place smelled like champignons hahahaha...I've used it a mulch, in 4 weeks it'll be ready
