it's rude to clock people so i won't say anything outright, but having watched look back last week i think it's very Interesting that fujimoto portrays girlhood and female friendships in a very warm and tender light, but shows denji's boyhood and relation to men as an outright deleterious experience

whipping girl is good! it's more of a memoir, but is still a very foundational work for understanding transmisogyny. if you're interested, i've done some audio/video readthroughs and summaries i can drop by you!

I read part one recently, and some parts really were just Whipping Girl by Julia Serano. Apparently the trans particles get even stronger with part two (I'm waiting for it to finish for me to read)
