That’s a great quote. What is your assessment of the book overall?

I understand the appeal of warmer winters and affordable housing, but extreme climate change will eventually affect housing prices and migration patterns. That could happen pretty fast if we see power grids going down or water taps running dry in the southwest.

It's discouraging to hear about physicians serving as a source of misinformation. Physician recommendations have a big impact, in this case a negative one.

The fundamental challenges of climate change are sunk costs, development obstacles & inertia. There are no AI algorithm tweaks that will solve NIMBYism or resolve competing human interests.
