Russian Toys (a ratter + companion dog) are an insanely healthy small breed due to it being so rare, I genuinely hope they never become popular and go down the path of other toy breeds. People who want handbag dogs should never own another life.

And to get back to your comment on making 'toy sizes' of bigger breeds: don't even get me started on how much I disapprove of this.
