Het lijkt me een misvatting te denken dat de PVV die noodwet wil *ondanks* het gebrek aan rechtsstatelijke legitimering. Waarschijnlijker is dat men dit wil doordrukken *omdat* men zo laat zien dat rechtsstatelijkheid ondergeschikt is aan de eigen politieke wil en agenda. www.nu.nl/politiek/633...
