i planned a straight shot out and back but forgot to remove the hardest climb i know of here. glad i did it anyway

congrats to the guy who sat on my wheel the whole way home, a new pr for us both! thankfully he came in one second behind me (we’re now strava friends and had a good chat)

i’ve a merida cx bike, and she’s very fast and handles really well with road tires on. got a road drivetrain too but throw some knobbly tires on and she’s good to climb volcanoes
