I became obsessed with cult documentaries & learning about thought reform / coercive control last year, which is why I am watching a docuseries about the twin flames universe at 6am on a Saturday morning. I’m fairly sure cult deprogramming will be an essential skill for surviving this apocalypse. 🫠

I grew up in a '70s cult and have been working on understanding coercive control ever since. I so appreciate you sharing that perspective, I agree that recognizing cult dynamics is a vital survival skill these days (probably always but especially now).
