New lab --> New lab logo. I'm excited to introduce the PEACCH lab (peacchlab.com)! We don't study peach trees (yet?), but we do study climate change effects on forest plants. HMU if you want to do research together! 🌎🧪🌱

A circular logo with the text "PEACCH LAB -- Plant Ecology and Climate Change Lab" in yellow text around a blue ring. In the center of the ring is an image of a hybrid peach-globe behind a white Trillium.

Postdoc position in forest ecology is available to do work with Jordon Tourville and the Appalachian Mountain Club starting this fall (www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.p...). Jordon and AMC are both great and there will be awesome opportunities for research up and down the Appalachian Trail Corridor!

Has anyone here ever initiated research with the NPS/in a National Park in a research capacity before? Is it best to reach out to an individual person at a park first to pitch an idea? Or do you just submit a request for a research permit and build a relationship from there? Asking for me
