I never could get into the Lunar series but I really enjoyed most of Working Designs' other releases on Sega systems. Popful Mail and Dragon Force were Working Designs at their peak, IMO.
I would imagine it's more than that will all the mtx creep that's been added over the years. But even if it is a flat fee, they could have provisions that a new game must be released annually, or that it must be priced at least at $xx or something like that to avoid "weakening the NFL brand."
That reminds me of Dungeon IV for the Dreamcast VMU. I forget what game that came from... was it Time Stalkers?
A rotating roster of free teams to ensure that every player eventually has to pay for their favorite one? In all honesty I would guess the annual full-price release is more or less a mandate of their contract with the sporting entities rather than strictly an EA decision.
I'm actually on board with the current system. It means if I ever get the urge to play a sports game, I can jump in on the cheap and try one of the previous years for like 5 dollars or less.
100%. Are there any third party plug-ins you can use? I'm stuck with it since win11 is on my work computer. IT doesn't want us to mess with it.
I haven't looked at the price... a friend gave it to me years ago. now I'm afraid to look
That is an adorably tiny taiko next to your popn controller
I think I still have a disc for this one somewhere too!
