This is fantastic. It allows you to, among other things, compare how ‘cost-effective’ various policy reforms would be at reducing child poverty. On this metric, scrapping two-child limit gets you a lot of bang for your buck, because it's so laser-targeted at bigger, poorer families.
Why is the two-child limit so well targeted? I didn't realise it had any means test at all. Is it a happy coincidence of larger families?
