I seriously thought about opening it up and disabling the beeper, but then I thought that it's whole thing, microwaving and beeping.

It wouldn't take AI in the machine —just a mic + dB meter— for it to respond (by pausing ) to sound of food exploding when you've over-egged the time estimate Also needs an off-power bleeper that responds to yesterday's forgotten cooking remnant turning itself into fungus
