Honestly I'm almost looking forward to the 40 memo drafts that are due this weekend. Grading = good excuse to be waaaayyyyy too busy to follow the news.

Oooh, there’s a great law review article about this which suggests a third option: sometimes the email is replacing a phone call! You’ve got to figure out which thing it’s replacing in the specific instance and let that guide your drafting decisions.
