A look inside a cruise ship medical centre on a world cruise. The staff are instantly likable and you soon find out that it's not all fun and games on board. Some events and mishaps are laughable but the book doesn't shy away from telling some of the heartbreaking stories of life on the sea either

This was my first read of a shadow agent/intelligence type book and I liked the way the story was told by the main character and it was done in a cool and calm manner I have to admit that Solomon Stone has me well and truly hooked

💙📚 DCI Oldroyd is brought in to help investigate a puzzling muder of a canal boater, a lover of crimes that seem impossible this is perfect for him Being set on the canal the story gives a kind of relaxing feel but is still packed with twists and turns you won't expect An all round enjoyable read
