he's the Abysmal Creed Master and was mauled by a dragonborn captive that bit off his arm and half his face. The tentacles will grow back eventually, albeit deformed and miscolored, but his arm is gone for good. Gonna make him Pink :)

I know I drew him a bit beefier than he is in-game (not by a lot in comparison to how I draw humans the few times I do) but the armor he gives you is heavy armor and he has two big ass swords and my brain isn't letting go of that.
