Barbecued a bunch of chicken today for some friends. This always tastes so good! And what Dad doesn't know how to do a good barbecue?

In St Charles for fireworks tonight. I absolutely love that they do this. Flying a balloon to let you know where they are. "If you can see the balloon you can see the fireworks"

I'm not on any fun ones, but I suppose that's a good thing cause it means I'm also not on any negative ones!

Can someone please explain what is going on that this would be the path my pipe tobacco shipment takes from downtown Chicago to the suburbs? This is the new norm for this shipment too. Two years ago this would have been next day. One of those non-regional facilities on Thursday is my post office.

I just want to feel my normal Dad self again! :D
