Good bike parking is definitely #1 (omg Quinpool Superstore, get it together). Curb cuts! Or ramps, if cutting the curb isn’t practical. Especially when a business is located along a bike lane (thinking of Inkwell, for example).

Maybe no one wants to think about this right now, but *competent* snow clearing would be high on my list.
