The risky, costly Colstrip coal plant in MT is a national outlier in the amount of hazardous air pollutants it spews. NorthWest Energy could try to stick customers with pollution control costs. It’s time to retire the plant instead. Also great to see methane rule also move ahead!

Let's see how much coal generation is occurring at Colstrip two years from now. NorthWest Energy should be building solar/storage to replace Colstrip. Note: generation is down about 25% YTD.
