To add to this, block people who dunk. No matter how cool you think you sound, dunking on bigotry and abuse still helps that bigotry and abuse proliferate. Can't tell you how many times before I left twitter that I saw vile stuff quote tweeted by someone who just had to get their cool one liner in.
