How do you hold a ghost?

I had a spiritual experience with a ghost, except i was the one being hugged - from behind, with arms that felt skeletal, yet genuinely loving and worried about me. It spread a gentle warmth and a feeling of hope inside me. Believe or not, but that's what it felt like lol
