Wait, do you actually think that the President has unilateral authority over how many SCOTUS justices there are? Further, expanding the court would at best only be a short term & temporary solution and in the long run would make exactly zero difference, as the issue is not the size of the court.

why do you think I would be immune from SCOTUS btw lol. I think the president has stated policy positions, and one of them is the belief that SCOTUS should not be politicized by e.g. messing with its composition or size. you don't have to expand, could also impeach. but he is opposed to that.
