This morning, I ran 5K, sustained, without stopping. For the first time since I suffered acute kidney failure in February. (We now know it was acute rather than chronic - and I'll be coming off dialysis in a couple of weeks!) It feels SO GOOD to be running again, especially with a great playlist.
