Resident Evil 2. Specifically, the N64 version. It was my introduction to the series and, other than say, Maniac Mansion, the first horror game I ever played. It showed me just how video games had evolved beyond platformers and action.

Batman: Arkham City. A game that proved that Asylum wasn't a mere one-off and further showed that with the right team, comic book video games could by GOTY material. It, along with a few other factors, inspired me to make my website.
