The recent rule changes are obviously a combination of pressure from credit card processors and Twitch being biased against V-tubers. You know Twitch doesn't apply these rules consistently. Also lol at Twitch reintroducing the infamous "female presenting nipple" back into the public lexicon.

I think they lean harder on V-tubers because they use animated avatars and as we all know cartoons are for kids 🙃
