A friend begged me for over a year to play Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. I was traumatized by Castlevania 3's difficulty level so I blew him off. Then I found a used copy for cheap at a Mom & Pop Shop. I fell in love. Every time I play it, I learn something new. Still!
(For example: this "Sword of Dawn" weapon has a command input that randomly summons an undead warrior to fight by your side. Never knew that before! Never seen this guy until now! castlevaniadungeon.net/Arsenal/sotn... )
