Dammit man, I need the sauce!
BABE BABBEEEEEE GET OVER HERE THERE'S AN ORCHESTRAL COVER OF NEVER MEANT BY AMERICAN FOOTBALL YOU GOTTA HEAR THIS
Sometimes you gotta yell (by proxy)
For sure. Yeah, I think albums offer more 'meat' to build a full review around, but that very often leads to ignoring the finer, special details of certain songs and moments, right?
See I agree and understand that perspective, though for me any given song is made much stronger by placing it within the context of the album it's a part of, and what that album says about the artist at that time in their career. Just my personal take.
Same. I think it's partly because it feels like the chillest one of the series by far (even above Elden Ring). A game you can just hang out with.
I was going to say, it sorta sounds like the same topic...
I kinda get that. Oddly enough, I feel the same way about Link to the Past as you feel about Ocarina. Although that was more of a one-off in the series so I can still appreciate the rest.
My partner is curious to try getting into TTRPGs, but our current Orbital Blues campaign is too much - she wants me to instead DM some type of single-player TTRPG just for her. Anybody have solid recommendations for one-player TTRPGs? Ideally something cute and charming?
While it may be becoming gauche to keep saying this, it really is special to only have to hear about whatever bullshit thing the other place is arguing about - Relitigating Anita Sarkeesian? - secondhand. Instead everyone here's just chillin' out. Posting cool shit. It's nice and cozy.
