i am sympathetic to this take and would love to see the country move in that direction, but the sad truth is that starting with this particular criminal is too far too fast. disqualifying trump is virtually as perilous as him getting elected again. the boomerang effect would be ruinous.

We'll have to agree to disagree & since it's not up to either of us, we'll just have to sit back & watch. My cynical side says that the SCOTUS will come up with some mealy mouthed weasel words to neutralize the CO decision w/o seeming like they did.
