I have a Kamvas 13 now and used to use a Cintiq 13 HD! Colors and brightness are fantastic, the screen protector it came with has held up perfectly after over a year, and the drawing experience with the standard pen feels really nice. Only thing that feels lacking compared to Wacom is the pen tilt.

Pen tilt with my Wacom pen felt smoother (like rotating the angle of certain brushes), but on my Huion pen it kinda feels like it snaps to certain angles sometimes in a way I didn't intend.
