A lot dont tag it. But sometimes, Bsky may automatically tag it like my recent post.

Edit: I was wrong. People do tag their stuff BUT if your NSFW options are set to see all content, their pics won't be blurred or have the tag. So yeah, it's best to tag your stuff as long as people have their NSFW settings set properly.
