So I try to hide all the mental health difficulties I deal with, in hopes that no one finds out who I really am. Because sometimes it truly feels like if people see how emotionally unstable I am, that I'd lose them, because who'd want an unreliable friend? 2/7

The "real" me is a person that over-thinks every movement, expression, subtly in tone, etc., and through my anxious lens I twist that all into problems in myself I need to solve. I feel broken, like I'm not made for this world, because if I was it wouldn't be this hard, right? 3/7
