"Kids spend all day on the internet!" Yeah, it's the only place they haven't been kicked out of--yet.

They're working on *that,* though.

Even the places "designated" for them are 1) super expensive & 2) they're not allowed in without a constant chaperone because any kid not helicoptered around is neglect, but nowhere is allowed to cater to both children & adults at the same time because of moral panics.
