Sometimes I want to show off how cute I am but the internet is weird.
I don't know "why" people keep asking "why" people are like this. Celebrity culture. Because political threatre masquerading as presidential debate. Lack of policy knowledge. Because partisanship. Because low-level engagement with developing stories. Because media bias. Poor critical thinking.

I am so weird and aggressive and I know it. It's my strength and my weakness.
I've come to realize a few things. First, being nice is a scam. Kindness is something else entirely, because being 'nice' isn’t the same as kindness. Even then, I still value truth over kindness. I'm in my Nietzschean era, I guess.
There is not enough time in the day to do all the shit I signed up for.

OK, one more positive thing today: my current boss spoke to the FB program coordinator and the coordinator TOLD MY BOSS in private I'm brilliant and she's lucky to have me. "She's another person in your corner," she said. So, that was a highlight.
