These end-of-year roundups are more fun to write than to read, aren’t they? We feel the need to do it, though, to put a neat bow on the year.

Among many gems, a well-earned tip of the hat to @beerfoodtravel.bsky.social , who has taken on the task of piecing together the story of industrial Irish beer—collecting records where records have been purposefully discarded, and analyzing an industry that resents being analyzed.
